Coaching Staff
All Aereo Gymnastics Club coaches are certified with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Recreational Level Coaches must meet the NCCP Age requirement of 15 years old to register and take their coaching courses.
Recreational Level Coaches have all Completed NCCP Gymnastics Foundations, Gymnastics Foundations Artistic, Gymnastics Foundations Theory, Making Ethical Decisions and NCCP Safe Sport Training.
Competitive Level Coaches must meet the NCCP Age requirement of 16 years old to register and take their Competitive Level Courses. Prior to taking any Competitive Courses, coaches must have completed all Recreational Courses and coached a full four season of Recreational classes with Aereo. Prior to acquiring their own Competitive group, coaches must have completed a minimum of one year of CIT (Coach in Training) alongside a seasoned Competitive Coach as well as their First Aid and CPR
